RULES ONLINE STORE
1 The Regulations define the general terms, conditions and manner of sales by Michael Maciejewski doing business under the name Michal Maciejewski ARMEPOL based in Rokietnica , through the online store WWW.ASUN.PL (hereinafter : " the Online Store " ) and defines the terms and conditions benefits by Michal Maciejewski doing business under the name Michal Maciejewski ARMEPOL based in Rokietnica free services electronically.
§ 1 Definitions
1 Workdays - means the days of the week from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
2 Supply - means the physical act involving the delivery by the Seller to the Customer , via Suppliers, Goods specified in the order.

5 Client - means the entity for which compliance with the Regulations and laws can be provided electronically or services which may be concluded contract of sale , with the exception of individuals engaged in legal activities not directly related to their business or professional activity (consumers ) .
6 Customer Account - means the individual for each client panel , running on his behalf by the Seller after the Customer registration .
7 Login - means the individual customer identification , he established, consisting of a sequence of letters, digits , or other required along with the motto to create an Account Customer in the Online Shop . Login is correct e-mail address customer.
8 Terms and Conditions - means this Regulation Shop.
9 Registration - means the physical act made in the manner prescribed in the Regulations , required for use by the Client with all the functionality of an online store .

11 Website Store - means websites under which Seller conducts Online Store , acting in the domain WWW.ASUN.PL.
12 Goods - means the product described by the Seller through the Website Store.
13 The sales contract - means a contract of sale concluded by electronic means under the terms of the Regulations, between the Customer and the Seller .
§ 2 of the General Provisions
1 All rights to the online store , including copyrights , intellectual property rights to its name , its Internet domain , Website Store , as well as patterns , forms, logos posted on the Website Store (except for logos and images presented on the Website Shop for the purposes of presentation of the goods to which it copyrights belong to third parties ) belong to the Seller, and the use of them can be performed only in the manner prescribed and in accordance with the Rules.
2 Online Shop is operated by the Seller through the Internet and Web Site Store , as a resource and computer data communications system .
3 Seller reserves the right to place on the Website Store advertising content offered on goods , and goods and services of third parties , in the forms used in the Internet.
4 It is forbidden to use online store or online store Websites by customers or third parties to send unsolicited commercial information .
§ 3 Using the Online Shop

§ 4 Registration

3 In order to register , the Client should complete the registration form provided by the Seller on the Website Store and send the completed registration form electronically to vendors by selecting the appropriate functions contained in the registration form. § 5 orders , payment and order fulfillment

8 In the case of negative verification referred to in § 5 . 6 above , the Seller will inform you of the rejection . If the customer has paid " in advance ", before verifying the feasibility of the order by the Seller , the Customer shall be refunded the full amount , in accordance with § 8

11 In the case of positive verification of the availability of the Goods , the Customer receives from the Seller , by e-mail , information on the acceptance of the contract for execution.
12 Prices on the Website Store presented at the the Goods :
a) are net prices , which will be added to the appropriate VAT and are defined in the Polish zloty ;
b) does not contain information on the cost of supplies , for which the client will be informed when choosing a method of supply ;
c ) do not contain information on possible duties if the delivery address is outside the Polish .
13 The final price of the sale agreement binding the parties is the price of the Goods contained on the Website Store at the time of the order by the Customer.
14 Information on the total contract value is determined in each case " BASKET ", after the Customer's choice of form Supplies and identifying forms of payment .
15 The customer can choose the following forms of payment for the ordered goods , if they are available when ordering :
a ) transfer to the Seller's bank account ( in this case the performance of the contract will be initiated after sending the Customer by the Seller, confirm the order , the shipping will be made upon receipt of funds for the bank account of the Seller ) ;

16 Seller has the right to make the execution of the order of payment by the customer of the contract in advance, and be part of the contract on delivery or by making full pre-payment by the customer.

18 The ordered goods are delivered to the customer through supplier , at the address indicated in the order form .

§ 6 Complaints and guarantees

§ 8 Liability
